Returns Policy 

We guarantee to refund any items (excluding swimwear & underwear bottoms) that you are not completely happy with when returned to us in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge, and will be made to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days of receiving your return at Luxe To Kill HQ. 
15% Returns Bonus - Should you wish to receive your refund as store credit, you will not only be credited with the value of the item(s) returned, but you will also be credited with an additional 15% to use anywhere on store!
I.e If you choose to return item(s) worth £100, you will receive £115 to use on site via store credit!

Please note that some swimwear and underwear bottoms (e.g thongs, briefs, swimwear briefs) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons if the hygiene sticker has been removed, this does not affect your statutory rights.

UK Returns - Please note £3.99 will be deducted from your refund upon usage of the Royal Mail returns label.

International Returns - Please note there will be a deductible label fee depending upon your country of residence.
