Please note that we are a UK based retailer, so our products are listed in standard UK sizes, if you are ordering from around the world then you will need to use our size guide to work out the size you need!

We guarantee to refund any items (excluding some swimwear & underwear) that you are not completely happy with when returned to us in an unused and saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days of receiving your return at Luxe To Kill HQ. Please note £1.99 will be deducted from your refund upon usage of the Royal Mail returns label.
If your item is faulty or incorrect please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item, so we can deal with your issue ASAP.
Please note that some swimwear and underwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, this does not affect your statutory rights.
UK Return Instructions
Step 1: Please tick the items which you wish to return on your physical invoice received in with your order. Place this back in with your return.
Step 2: Please visit the below link to either generate your own returns label which you can print off yourself OR if you haven't got a printer an email will also be sent to you displaying your QR code which can be shown at the post office.
If for some reason you are having any trouble at all with this, please get in touch with one of our friendly team at email@example.com and they will be more than happy to help via email.
International Returns Instructions
Step 1: Please print off and fill out the below downloadable Returns Form OR alternatively you can email the Word version of the returns form back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but if you do so please ensure we can identify your physical reutrn by including either your name or order number in with your item(s).
Step 2: If printed, place the returns form in with your item(s) and post back to the address provided on the form. We highly recommend you use tracked and insured services as you will be held responsible for the item until we receive it, we will not be able to offer a refund for items lost in transit.
Please note we no longer accept exchanges, if you wish to receive another item, you may return any current item(s) you have for a full refund and re-purchase the item you need online.
